Borussia Monchengladbach defender Jannik Vestergaard is a target for Everton.

The Mirror says Everton have made a move for Danish defender Vestergaard.

New boss Marco Silva is keen to bring in a new centre-half this summer.

Vestergaard, who plays his club football with Monchengladbach, is currently at the World Cup with Denmark.

He was also interesting Brighton in January.
