Everton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin is determined to prove his quality this season.
Schneiderlin shook off a knock to play the full 90 minutes against Huddersfield last week and has vowed to impress under the new boss.
“I had a little setback which was disappointing," the Frenchman said. “I worked very hard in pre-season and the style of training has changed, becoming more intense. It is the same in the way we play. The body needs to adapt and this was just a little thing. Now I am fully fit and ready to go.
“With the manager we now have in place, they are the ideas that I like.
“Now I need to show that on the pitch, I need to work hard and do everything I can to get better each week. Then I know that my quality will do the rest."
