Everton midfielder James McCarthy has been named Young International Player of the Year at the FAI International Football Awards for the second successive season.
The 23-year-old was handed the prize at a ceremony in Dublin on Sunday night, adding to the award he won in 2012.
McCarthy came out on top despite stiff competition from Aston Villa's Ciaran Clark and Wigan Athletic's James McClean.
