Everton midfielder Davy Klaassen is interesting Besiktas.
Sky Sports says the Turkish club are understood to want Klaassen on an initial loan deal.
The former Ajax captain has struggled to get regular games at Everton since his £23.6m move last June.
The 25-year-old was signed by compatriot Ronald Koeman, who was sacked in October with Everton in the relegation zone, and Klaassen went on to make just seven Premier League appearances last season.
Klaassen turned down a loan move to Napoli in January.
