Ross Barkley has called off a move to Chelsea while undertaking his medical at the club, according to Sky Sports.

Everything was set for the deal to take place, but the Englishman had a change of heart while he was in London. He is now expected to return to Everton.

The clubs had agreed on a fee of £30m.

Tottenham had also been interested in the 23-year old.
