Everton are set to make an offer for Norwich City defender Ben Godfrey.

Carlo Ancelotti's team is trying to hone in on a center back before the transfer window closes.

And according to Sky Sports, a £26 million bid is going in from the Toffees for Godfrey.

The 22-year-old is highly rated, despite his team's relegation from the Premier League last term.

Everton were chasing Fikayo Tomori from Chelsea, but it appears he is going to stay with the Blues after all.

Now they are firmly focused on Godfrey.
