Everton left-back Lucas Digne has defended France teammate Hugo Lloris.

The Tottenham goalkeeper has come under scrutiny this season after a number of mistakes.

Digne selected Lloris as his goalkeeper in an all-time best XI from players he's played alongside in his career.

"For me, he is one of the best keepers in the world," Digne told BT Sport.

"He's a very good guy. He's the captain of the national team, and if he can help you, he will do for sure."

Spurs are reportedly weighing up whether to move on from the 34-year-old.
