Everton are launching a £4 million bid for Middlesbrough striker Tuncay Sanli.
The Daily Mail says Boro are eager to offload high earners such as Tuncay, 27, and Everton are ready to follow up their interest with a £4million bid.
Boro boss Gareth Southgate is still awaiting explanations from Afonso Alves and Mido after they failed to turn up for pre-season training.
