Everton are launching a bid for Genoa midfielder Diego Laxalt.

The Uruguay international has been linked with several Premier League clubs this summer.

And Primocanale says Everton are coming forward with a formal move for Laxalt this week.

An opening bid of €12m is set to be tabled for Laxalt, who shone at the World Cup this summer.

And for his part, Laxalt feels ready to leave Serie A this season.
