Everton are tracking William Carvalho according to recent reports.

It is believed that Ronald Koeman is keen on the Sporting Lisbon midfielder who helped Portugal win the Euro2016 title on Sunday night.

Carvalho, 24, has previously been linked with the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United but more recently, Premier League champions Leicester City and Southampton are showing interest.

However, the Toffees are now in the race to sign the defensive midfielder who will cost any interested clubs around £20million.
