Everton are in talks with the agent of PSG fullback Thomas Meunier.

Sport/Foot says Everton have made the biggest step out of all the Premier League clubs to sign Meunier.

The Blues have 'already met' the player's agent, most likely with an aim to find out the terms wanted by the defender to then make him an offer.

Meunier's ultimate dream is to join Manchester United but he is worried about the competition for places at Old Trafford.

Everton first made an attempt for the Belgian in January.
