Everton had held talks over the signing of Graziano Pelle, according to reports from the Liverpool Echo.

Koeman is planning to being a new striker to Everton this summer as star man Romelu Lukaku looks all but certain to leave and a reunion with Southampton's Pelle has been seen as a possibility.

Now according to reports, Koeman has ramped up his pursuit for Pelle and Everton are currently in negotiations with Southampton over the signing of the Italian international who also worked under the Dutchman at Feyenoord.
