Everton are going cold on Celtic fullback Kieran Tierney.

The Daily Record says the Toffees have been mulling over a whopping £25m bid for the Scotland international - who captained his country against Holland last year.

The youngster is seen as an ideal replacement for Goodison left back Leighton Baines.

However, English media sources claim Everton have now DROPPED their interest in Tierney and have been frightened off by Celtic's valuation.

But the Daily Record insists Everton remain in contact.
