Steven Naismith's generosity has continued with a second Everton ticket giveaway.
The Scotland international handed out 72 free tickets to jobless Toffees supporters last season and is back at it again, readying another batch of freebies for those less fortunate.
Naismith grew up in working class Glasgow and is well aware that some people out there find it hard to hold down jobs so has come forward with another plea of goodwill by giving out Goodison Park tickets at the Toxeth Job Centre.
"For me, it's easy to do, getting access to Goodison - it's my place of work. It's helping people who deserve it, people who have had a few knocks," he told Sky Sports.
"It gives them a good day out at the football, and hopefully they see a good performance and a win for Everton.
"It's about helping them and keeping their spirits up, so they can keep that drive to go and find some sort of employment. Speaking to some of the people that did it, they've said it made a big difference. That's been the No 1 goal here. It's about helping people, keeping their morale up and helping them get back in to work."
