Everton have enjoyed a dig at Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp after the new season Premier League fixtures were released yesterday.
Everton have been dealt a tough run of games over the start of December - with visits to Liverpool and Manchester United mixed in with home matches against both Chelsea and Arsenal in the space of 17 days.
Sky Sports tweeted their own image of Everton's tough run in December and tagged the Blues' account in it.
And the club's response seemed to contain a little dig towards Liverpool boss Klopp.
The Everton account tweeted: "We don't mind the cold...or the wind. Up the Toffees."
This could seemingly be in response to numerous occasions in which the Reds manager has complained about weather conditions following matches.
I f***ing love Everton. Perfect response to the t***s at Sky. Little dig at Liverpool and Klopp there too with the ‘wind’ shout. Love it. https://t.co/Gh9WUkrvI0 — EvertonBlues (@EvertonBlues_) June 13, 2019
