Everton defender Keane already feels at home with Toffees

Central defender Michael Keane has stated that he already feels at home at Everton.

Everton splashed around £30m to recruit the services of Michael Keane from Burnley this summer and the 24-year-old will surely have to play a big part if the Toffees are to finish in the top four during the upcoming campaign.

Keane has been settling well into his new surroundings and the ex-Manchester United man has revealed that he already feels at home with Everton after spending time with the squad in Tanzania.

He said: "I've settled in well. All the lads are really nice and the staff have welcomed me too.

"I knew a few of them previously with England, so it's been good to get to know everyone away in Tanzania where you spend longer together.

"We've got Holland next week and I'm looking forward to that. So far it's been great. Training has been good, the lads have all been good with me, so I can't ask for much more."
