Everton are in talks for Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks, reports have claimed.

Spurs are happy for Winks to leave this summer and Frank Lampard wants the 26-year-old to Goodison Park.

A price-tag of £20m has been placed on Winks, but Tottenham are flexible in arranging a deal.

The Evening Standard reports that Winks could made as lightweight in Tottenham's move for Richarlison.

The Brazilian striker is being targeted by Spurs, Arsenal and Tottenham.

Crystal Palace and Southampton are also interested in Winks.
