Everton are set to finalise a deal for Lokomotiv Moscow's Oumar Niasse.
talkSPORT suggests that the Toffees are closing a £13.5million transfer for the Senegalese striker.
25-year-old Niasse has been in Moscow since arriving from Turkish club Akhisar Belediyespor in the summer of 2014 and has scored 19 goals in 42 appearances for Lokomotiv.
Niasse arrived at Finch Farm before midday today but still a deal has not been completed.
