Everton football chief Marcel Brands insists there's no plans to sell Idrissa Gueye.

The midfielder remains a big money target for PSG.

However, Brands insists: "We refused it (PSG's offer). He is a very important player for us. They have to offer what the player is worth. I did not like the offer in view of the value it represents.

"You already know my opinion about this. From the manager's point of view, he is very important to us. He is a player that we do not want to lose. Of course it is at a certain moment the club has to decide what is going to happen, but I would like him to stay."

Gueye has a deal with Everton to 2022.
