Everton and Chelsea are in 'frequent contact' with Vasco da Gama for Newcastle target Andrey Santos.

The 18-year-old played an integral role in his club gaining promotion to the top-flight during the 2022 season, which ended in November, scoring eight times in 33 outings.

Under contract until 2027, this has not deterred clubs from expressing an interest in the teenager.

SBS Sports says Chelsea, Everton and Newcastle have been in direct communication with Vasco regarding Santos but 'no official negotiations have been opened'.
