Everton and Brighton are among the clubs that are watching Jeremie Boga of Sassuolo.
There are also Italian clubs that have an interest in the player, such as Napoli and Inter Milan.
Napoli offered €20 million, but the deal was not enough to seal an agreement, according to Goal.
Boga is a former Chelsea winger who may want to go to Inter, as they are managed by ex-Blues boss Antonio Conte, who gave the 22-year-old his only appearance at Chelsea.
The issue for Inter is that Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez are doing so well in attack that adding another may not be feasible.
Chelsea do have a buy-back clause of €15 million on Boga, but it is not likely they are going to move for the player.
They are looking for an attacker, but may have their eyes on other targets.
