Everton boss Marco Silva cannot rule out their interest in Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure.

Following the summer signing of Richarlison, Everton are believed to be keeping tabs on Doucoure.

Silva said, "It is normal for the rumours to start now ahead of the January market. We are happy with the team we have, I am happy with the players we have.

"Of course you are always aware about everything. We are doing our job behind the scenes as well. There are a lot of things to improve with our players, many things to keep growing as a squad.

"You always want to improve but the January window is not in my mind at the moment."
