Everton boss Marco Silva has no doubts Andre Gomes will prove his quality.

Gomes joined on loan from Barcelona in August and has been sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Silva claims Portugal midfielder Gomes will add quality to the Blues, saying: “He's getting closer.

"Believe me he is working hard and doing well.

“I know his qualities very well. He's working with confidence. He's strong in his mind and I'm sure he will help our squad like we need."
