Everton boss Ronald Koeman happy for players to argue (unlike Martinez)

Everton boss Ronald Koeman is happy for his players to row amongst eachother.

The Dutchman says moaning at team-mates can work if it is not going well on the pitch.

The Sun says his view is in stark contrast to predecessor Roberto Martinez, who did not like disagreement in the ranks and stifled signs of dissent.

As one Everton player said: “It's great to be able to have your say and tell your pals what they are doing wrong on the pitch. It makes us feel like grown-ups."
