Everton boss Ronald Koeman is delighted for Feyenoord after they clinched the Eredivisie title.
Victory over Heracles Almelo secured Feyenoord the title.
Koeman, a former Feyenoord coach, told Ziggo Sport: "The success this year has taken place, but when I came to Feyenoord in 2011, the club still had a debt of 39 million euros. Now the balance is positive, but as a result, there might be some more young players to break through.
"That is ultimately the rescue of Feyenoord."
He added: "This is what the club and the supporters deserve."
