Everton are yet to decide on what to do with contract rebel Stephen Pienaar.

The Daily Star Sunday says the biggest star in the World Cup hosts' squad is out of contract at Goodison in a year's time.

If Everton fail to agree a new contract, highly-rated Pienaar, 28, could leave on a free.

Boss David Moyes, though, is reluctant to lose Pienaar and could decide to go into the new campaign with him, in the hope of persuading the South African to stay.
