Everton boss David Moyes has dismissed talk of Chelsea and Manchester United chasing youngster Jack Rodwell.
Moyes is adamant he has had no enquiries for his 18-year-old midfield sensation - and does not want any.
He insisted: "We have had nothing - no calls, no enquiries and there is certainly not a bid on the table.
"Jack is a talented young player who is English and already established in the Premier League at a top-six club so there is bound to be interest from other clubs.
"But that is hypothetical, for the future. I could say I want United's Jonny Evans or Jack Wilshere from Arsenal but people will say I've no chance and that's how I feel about Rodwell.
"I don't doubt that he is on other teams' radar but we have heard nothing and that's the end of the matter."
