Everton boss David Moyes was delighted with Tim Howard's performance in their draw with Manchester United.

Moyes was particularly complimentary of Howard, and said it was the American who really kept the Blues in the game.

"The goalkeeper was fantastic today," Moyes told evertonfc.com. "I thought the goalkeeper was probably the difference.

"We could have lost but for the goalkeeper. In the same breath I thought the way the players played was excellent."
