Everton boss Frank Lampard has added Jack Dowling from Blackburn Rovers to take up a role with his coaching staff.
Dowling joined Everton in 2013 and worked his way through the ranks at the club before taking on the role of lead strength and conditioning coach for the club's Academy side.
But after eight years at the Blues, Dowling departed for Championship side Rovers early last year to take up the role of first-team athletic performance coach at Ewood Park.
However, the former John Moores University student has now returned to Everton as the club's new first-team performance coach.
