Ronald Koeman is pleased with his transfer business in January and hopeful of a positive end to Everton's season.

He said: "I am very satisfied. First of all we had some players without any futures to get game time and they are now away from the club.

"We have a really small squad but enough numbers to compete. All have the opportunities to play, start or be on the bench. That is good for the team that everyone is involved."
