Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti is eager to hold onto Leighton Baines.

Off contract in June, the 35 year-old former England international is attracting interest from MLS.

However, Ancelotti has made it clear to Baines he's a wanted player for next season and the veteran is leaning towards signing on for another 12 months.

LA Galaxy are among MLS clubs in contact with Baines' minders about a move to the 'States.

But Baines' reps have assured Everton his priority is to stay.
