Everton boss Ancelotti denies he's unhappy with Pickford

Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti has denied claims he's seeking a new goalkeeper.

It was suggested last week that Ancelotti wanted replace Jordan Pickford after being left unimpressed by his performances since taking charge.

But at the club's general meeting, Ancelotti insisted: "I have a great goalkeeper in goal that is the goalkeeper of the national team. Of course we are not looking for a goalkeeper."

Ancelotti was pushed as to whether he was looking to bring in a midfielder.

"It can be," he said.

"A player that can improve the quality of the squad but I am here to talk about football and not about transfer market."
