The president of Gremio says striker Everton Soares is "admired" by Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti.

Everton has been linked with the Blues and Ancelotti is reportedly already an admirer.

“The truth is that last summer, Everton's representative told me that he had a proposal from Napoli in his hands, when Ancelotti was there, who was his great admirer," president Romildo Bolzan told Area Napoli.

“But then from Naples to Gremio, in the end nothing official ever came."
