Everton assistant manager Duncan Ferguson believes the entire dressing room is behind Marco Silva.

The Portuguese coach is under significant scrutiny because of poor results this season.

The Toffees are in the bottom three in the Premier League.

But Ferguson feels that players and staff are fully behind Silva and believe he can turn around the club's circumstances.

"Everybody is behind the manager and we know the fans will always be behind the club," Ferguson told reporters.

"We just need to turn the positivity that we've got around the place into victories and that's what we're looking to do."

Silva is odds on with bookmakers to get the sack in the coming weeks.
