Sheffield Wednesday striker George Hirst is a target for Everton.

The Liverpool Echo says Everton were eyeing a January window move for teenager Hirst.

The 17-year-old forward Hirst made his senior debut earlier this season as a substitute in their League Cup game against Cambridge United.

He is son of Owls legend David Hirst.

Arsenal are also interested in the youngster.
