Everton are confident winning the race for Burnley Bosman prospect James Tarkowski.

Tarkowski is leaving Turf Moor on a free transfer when his deal expires next month.

Everton have reportedly offered Tarkowski £90,000-a-week to sign for manager Frank Lampard, says the Daily Mail.
