Everton are preparing to sell Morgan Schneiderlin to Nice.

The two clubs have been in talks for the past three weeks over a fee for the midfielder.

RMC says Everton have accepted an offer from Nice for Schneiderlin.

Indeed, it's claimed he could be in France over the weekend for a Nice medical.

Just this week, Nice coach Patrick Vieira said of Schneiderlin: "He's a very interesting profile, he's looking for a new challenge.

"It's a very interesting profile for us ... We put the requirement at a much higher level.

"As soon as players are not ready to give everything for the club, they will be left at the dock."
