Chris Gunter's brother risks getting married with no family present should Wales win their quarter final clash with Belgium on Friday.

His brother Marc is due to get married in Mexico next week and Chris is pencilled in to be the best man.

"My parents were meant to be flying out on Saturday but they are going to wait now and see if we win on Friday. If we win then they are not going to Mexico to the wedding," Gunter told Sky Sports News HQ.

"My brother is fine with it and I don't think he really wants to be going to Mexico. He's been at every game and he's missing Friday which he is gutted about.

"My mum is obviously upset at having to choose between the two of us if it comes to that, but there will be nobody happier than my brother if he has nobody from our side at the wedding.

"It's a nice little side story, but obviously he is missing Friday. I've never wanted to miss a wedding so much in my life."
