Juan Foyth is close to signing with Tottenham Hotspur.
The Daily Mail reports that Foyth's club, Estudiantes - who's president is former Manchester United and Chelsea midfielder Juan Sebastian Veron - have given the go-ahead for the deal after Spurs agreed a fee of £8m for the Argentina U20 star.
Tottenham are the only big club to have not signed a player this summer, instead focusing on consolidation and retaining members of their current squad.
Foyth can play centre-back and he has also been used as a midfielder.
