Minders for Espanyol prospect Oscar Tarensi are in advanced talks with Manchester City.
The Daily Mail says City are closing on an agreement with Espanyol for teenager Tarensi.
The 16-year-old can play at left-back or left midfield and has been playing for Espanyol's B team.
He is likely to cost City around £260,000 in compensation initially with add-ons to follow based on performances.
Tarensi is set to become the latest Spanish starlet to enter the City youth set-up, joining the likes of Eric Garcia and Iker Pozo.
