Espanyol midfielder Marc Roca is on Everton's radar.
La Razon says Roca could be available in a cut-price deal this summer.
Everton and Bayern Munich are both interested in a move for the 23-year-old, who has a €40million (£35.9million) release clause.
And he could be available for even less should Espanyol, who currently sit bottom of La Liga, are relegated at the end of the season.
Regardless of where the club do finish, Roca is still expected to leave this summer as the holding midfielder, who has been compared to Sergio Busquets, looks to make the next step in his career.
