Tottenham Hotspur will have to shell out £5million for Pau Lopez in the summer.
The Daily Mirror reports that the 22-year-old goalkeeper will cost Spurs the aforementioned amount if they want to sign him permanently.
Lopez is on a season-long loan from Spanish side Espanyol but is yet to make a senior appearance for ex-Periquitos boss Mauricio Pochettino in North London.
