Espanyol defender Hector Moreno has welcomed fresh interest from England.
The Mexico international, reports TV3, is a January target for Tottenham and Manchester United.
"We'll see what happens," smiled Moreno.
"Many times the club has stated it is prepared to sell me. That's not me saying it, that's the president.
"It would be beneficial for the club if I am on the market."
Asked about the interest of United, Moreno recalled his time with their manager Louis van Gaal when playing for AZ Alkmaar.
He also is close to Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino, who signed him for Espanyol.
"I appreciate him very much, it was he who decided to bring me here."
