Former Lazio coach Sven-Goran Eriksson says Juventus attacker Dejan Kulusevski is the future of Swedish football.

Kulusevski has joined Juve this summer after spending the past season on-loan with Parma from Atalanta.

"Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of the few players Sweden have who can score a goal by himself. In Sweden we really don't have those kinds of players," Sven told The Italian Football Podcast.

"But now we have an interesting player coming through who has just signed for Juventus, Dejan Kulusevski.

"He is only 19/20 years old. I think he has something, he can do things for himself. He can decide a game by himself.

"Sweden need that and Sweden always had these kinds of players. But recently, no."
