The Dane only joined Inter from Spurs in January, and yet the Italian club are reportedly weighing up whether to sell him this summer.
But Eriksen says he is more than willing to fight for his place at the San Siro next season.
"I was used to always being a starter, now I'm living a new situation," he DR Sporten (via Football Italia). "I have to work my way out of it and only then look back and see if I was right or wrong.
"You have to take everything as it comes. I feel I have done my part and overall, I was happy with the choice I made to come to Inter and I still am."
Eriksen added: "I had a few days off, but now I'm with the national team and I still haven't had any information on what the club will do when I return.
"I certainly hope to return and that everyone starts from scratch, then we'll have to see what the coach really thinks."
