Enzo Zidane has explained leaving Alaves for a loan deal with Switzerland's Lausanne.
The midfielder, sold by Real Madrid last summer, joined Lausanne to the end of this season.
Enzo explained: "Alaves, it did not go very well, but these are things that happen in football.
"I received a call from Fabio Celestini, who spoke to me directly and explained his idea of play. I was very quickly interested, because he wants to play the football I love.
"So now, I want to be part of this project, it was easy enough and I'm very happy."
Coach Celestini said: "I knew Enzo a little, but that's not why I wanted him. What I like is his fantastic first touch, his ability to play for the team, to invent passes that do not exist. He has that fantasy and creativity that I'm looking for."
