Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores has hailed the influence of the English players in the team's dressing room.
The Hornets currently have players from over 20 nationalities, and Flores believes homegrown talent such as Troy Deeney and Ben Watson are good characters to have in guiding the other players.
"The English players are good players at managing the dressing room," said Flores ahead of his team's Premier League trip to Bournemouth on Saturday.
"We have [Sebastian] Prodl also, we have a lot who can lead the team.
"Sometimes I like to take separate players - not always leaders - sometimes you feel you need to talk with other players, separate.
