Kilmarnock attacking midfielder Dean Shiels is attracting interest from clubs in both England and Scotland according to his agent.

The 27-year old former Hibernian and Doncaster Rovers man joined Killie on a six-month deal and is out of contract this summer, prompting some clubs to show considerable interest for a summer swoop.

"A number of clubs in England and in Scotland have expressed an interest in Dean," his representative Clive Hart told skysports.com.

"I am not surprised there is a great deal of interest in Dean as he has enjoyed a superb season.

"There has also been interest from clubs abroad and Dean will sit down and consider his options at the end of the season."
