England manager Southgate: I've only got one decision to make for Croatia

England manager Gareth Southgate says he is close to knowing his starting lineup for their opening Euro 2020 game.

The Three Lions begin their quest to win an international trophy for the first time since 1966 when they take on Croatia next Sunday.

Southgate's men emerged from a warm up game against Romania with a solid 1-0 win, courtesy of a Marcus Rashford penalty.

"There's probably one decision in my head, but we've got another week to get through," Southgate said post-game, per the BBC.

"Every time over the last three months I've pieced a team together, that's changed rapidly and painfully with injuries," added Southgate.

"Let's hope we can get through to next Sunday without losing any more players."
