England keepers Hart and Forster are supportive - Stoke number one Butland

Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland has claimed that all three goalkeepers in the England setup are supportive of each other.

Butland is currently competing with Manchester City's Joe Hart and Southampton's Fraser Forster for a starting role in the Three Lions squad but he says the competitiveness is of a friendly nature as they all strive to gain a start under Roy Hodgson for Euro2016.

He said: "I think it always has worked whether I've played, Joe's played, Fraser's played, whoever has not been involved has always been supportive.

"The training has always been of an incredibly high standard and everyone has pushed and drove themselves on.

"At the end of the day it's where we work, we want to enjoy what we are doing in training sessions.

"Selfishly you do want to play but we never let it affect the morale. Or how together things are, and I think that's credit to the guys as well."
